  2. Is it churlish to suggest that many, especially in WW1, did not "give" their tomorrows but had those days and years "taken" from them? Which is even more tragic.

    3. Shameful this was posted at 11.03 on 11th November. Surely people should be showing respect for our fallen heroes. Not writing things on here during that sacred moment.

  3. You may have misunderstood me. I was thinking of the poor conscripts, especially in WW1, who were sent to the front with, it appears, little regard for their lives. I am not in any way questioning their bravery.
