It was supposed to be the bishop's day, she did not even pronounce the blessing, as is traditional at a bishop's Enthronement, Inauguration or whatever you want to call it. But of course, she's not a bishop😃. I expect the only bishop there (Cardiff) was laughing up his sleeve, as the true successor of Dyfrig and Teilo. Where was Bloody Mary today? Citizen church, complete with the Diocesan baseball cap. The shape of things to come! Unison Off.
The Cathedral was full to capacity and the atmosphere was so very positive. The anti-women, anti-human, anti-anything-positive approach of this website would further the decline of the church. There is no appetite for the agenda this website represents - Saturday proved that.
That is incorrect Rhydderch. There were many empty seats as others will be able to testify. I wonder if you contributed to the diocesan gift. The sooner the bishop gets on her bike the better.

With less than ten thousand attending Church in Wales services on Sundays across the entire Principality, the sad truth is that 99.99% of the population has "no appetite for the agenda" of pro-women pro-gay pro-trans anything goes drivel peddled by the chocolate teapot and the rest of the plonkers in the cult. The suggestion that the Cathedral was "full to capacity" is fanciful at best.
Just an observation. I was at the Enthronement of Glyn Simon - as Archbishop, Eryl Thomas at Llandaff and Newport. Eric Roberts at St. David's. Roy Thomas at Llandaff. John Poole Hughes at Llandaff. Clifford Wright at Newport. Consecration of Eric Roberts at Llandaff. John Charles at Llandaff. Dai Dent at Llandaff. David Thomas at St Asaph and numerous other occasions where one had to have a ticket to enter the different cathedrals and every seat was taken, with an enthusiastic overflow outside. Saturdays pantomime in Llandaff was being promoted as late as the evening before - all are welcome (no ticket needed) and yes, there were a LOT of empty seats.
There we have it. The proof of duplicitous Rhydderch's barefaced lies. Perhaps he/she works for the Llandaff Diocesan Board of Finance whose favourite mantra for many years has been "It was a success because we say it was a success".
