Very well said

Source: Twitter Screen shot

From Piers Morgan Uncensored:

"Some of us are simply a bit bored of hearing people ripping at closed wounds and then crying about their presumed hurt.

"Douglas Murray says it's time to move on from what happened hundreds of years ago instead of demanding reparations."

Very well said indeed.

  1. Thank God for someone finally speaking some common bloody sense.
Now how quickly will his bank accounts be closed without notice or explanation by the wokerati financiers?

There should be some interesting discussions next week in a certain Church of England high school in Rye.
One can't help but ask where Offa's trench Cherry, the poison dwarf typhoid Mary and the chocolate teapot Randy Pandy stand on this issue?
Can Welby and the Church of England provide us with the definition of a woman yet?

    2. Bewildered Infelicity of language is part of the general decay , so is taking the Lord's name in vain. The content is an obvious truism, however I wonder if Mr Murray's definition of marriage is the same as in the BCP?

    3. I agree with you entirely in principle on the generally dismal standards of spoken and written English friend, but I still feel his point was infinitely more important than a slip of the tongue during the pressure of a lifetime of a live TV interview.
As for taking someone's name in vain, as far as I am concerned the name of the son of God was and is Yeshua, Yehoshua or Joshua in English,of which "Jesus" is a corruption or mistranslation.
I can't speak for Mr Murray but as far as I am concerned once more, there is only one definition of marriage that I recognise and accept.

  5. At the times under consideration, in the UK we had young children working in the mines and textile mills in dangerous situations. On behalf of the whole country I apologize unreservedly.

In answer to yours. No I didn't. I have neither the wit nor the 5-year-old grandson to show me how to. More curiously, I submitted a somewhat polite response using neither defamatory or 'dumpling' language to the correspondence. My laptop accepted it, AB's cyber-editor approved it ... and then it too disappeared.

No need for apology AB. As my old platoon Sgt. Maj. quietly advised: 'Never apologise Sir. It's a form of weakness ...!'
