An ideology that permits the behaviour described above has no place in civilised society yet its adherents are courted by politicians to gain their support. Even supposedly Christian leaders fall into the same trap.
The goal of Islam is to take over the entire world because they believe that Muslims have a right given by their God, Allah, to "take over the lands of the inferior non-Muslim nations where infidels do not believe in Islam and refuse to worship Allah."
The fate of the West in Muslim eyes has already been made clear.
How can anyone who enjoys their freedom vote for supporters of such an ideology?

Many worshippers who "siarad Cymraeg" would have, I hope, been both concerned and upset to learn this morning, in a certain seat of the North at its 9.15 service, courtesy of a BBC employee's sermon, that the narrative of Adam and Eve is apparently mysogynistic, and that modern-day believers should ignore the ancient wisdom and teachings of the Bible where it declares, for example, that homosexuality is a sin, and instead be welcoming of lust and filth in our midst.

Sorry 'Astonished' because I neither heard the sermon nor understand the BBC connection nor in fact know of anyone in Gogledd-Wales who think Christians are a threat your entry is a bit confusing. Could you explain it in plain talk?
DeleteIndeed: put simply, a sermon was delivered by someone who works for the BBC which (among other things) told us that a) the story of Adam and Eve was misogynistic and b) that we should disregard Bible teachings which contradict the modern liberal agenda of "love and faith".
DeleteWhich begs the question: why even bother with having a Bible at all in that case, for these progressive types?
Oh and to add lastly: most of the liberal so-called Christians very much do believe that Bible believing Christians are a threat, and would love to see them shut down completely for daring to believe the Word of God.

Surely 'Admonished' the pulpit wasn't simply handed over to some BBC employee without the officiating clergy first vetting - and even censoring if needs be - the message he or she was delivering. Or where they all English-monoglots who didn't understand a word of the Welsh sermon. Or perhaps Sion ap Rhys has magically returned to Bangor which would explain bizarre goings-on?
DeleteAd Clerum: if there was any vetting of the sermon, given the spiritual standards at said establishment I would think it would have been passed anyway. But maybe being a Foundation Canon entitles one to deliver a sermon without vetting.

DeleteAh. I can help you there dear Bangor Cathedral 9.15 Welsh congregant. The former sub-Dean will NOT be returning either to his cathedral or post as Diocesan Secretary. Those in the know: Know. Ditto the Ven. Andrew Jones of similar mysterious demise hushed up by ++Andrew and his HR/PR Department staff. A sad episode of repeated personal weaknesses which ought to reflect very badly on ++Andrew's already appalling track-record in selecting clergy to senior posts.
But to add to the intrigue of your original posting, what on earth is a 'Foundation Canon' ... is this vestry lingo for some BBC wallah who can deliver some blurb. God forbid that he was one of the BBC's weather forecasters!
